If I could give Safelite 0 stars, I absolutely would. My appointment was scheduled f mmm or 8:00 a.m., but the technician called me at 7:00 a.m. saying he was already on his way. I was still at work and had scheduled the appointment for 8:00 for a reason. I ended up having to leave work early because the technician arrived an hour before my scheduled time, which was extremely inconvenient. The repair itself was even more disappointing. I had a small crack in my front windshield. I understood going into the appointment that a repair wouldn’t make it disappear completely, but I expected it to at least look better and prevent it from getting worse. Instead, after the technician finished, it looked exactly the same as it did before. It honestly felt like nothing had been done, making the entire appointment a waste of my time and money. When I expressed my concerns, the technician simply shrugged and told me that when I decided to replace the entire windshield, the money I paid for the repair would be applied toward the replacement. That response was frustrating because it made me feel like there was no real effort to repair the damage—just an opportunity to sell me a new windshield. I

Feeling grateful. Had a second windshield repair here and service was great again. Technician listed was Justin. Was able to get scheduled an hour after it was cracked and they took my car back early - quick process. Technician was very knowledgeable and transparent. This was a pretty bad one and the work he did was impressive. I expected to be told it needed replacement, but I appreciate that they tried to repair it first. Before and after - thank you!

My service was booked through my insurance but everything still flowed perfectly. My service technician was Brandon, really cool chilled worker that took care of business. He came to the house, ensured I understood the type of windshield I was getting and also recalibrated my windshield. No issues with the windshield or recalibration thus far!

My technician was very nice very professional and very knowledgeable and very fast. I had a dead battery and he text me and let me know and I came out of my job and gave him jumper cables. He jumped it and everything was great. He also sent me messages the entire time he was working. He was awesome. After the job was done he called and informed me and also gave me some professional anti water cleaner for my car. Alal in all I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. plus in Killeen THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES to do payment plans and I LOVE THEM FOR THAT.

From the beginning when contacting my insurance company using the app it was so easy. I wanted a morning appointment with Safelite AutoGlass and it was open for booking my appointment. Safelite AutoGlass call later to confirm 8:30am appointment next day. Safelite AutoGlass Tech wanted to see the chip in the window and he explain the process and provided information what to expect before and after completed repairing my front wind shield and reminded me of things not to do regarding washing the car and few other comments. It was great, My car look very good and I had to look hard to locate the repair. Outstanding job, the Staff was professional and you can tell they like helping customers. Thank you very much
